Yes Indeed sadly Suby I knew about the passing of Tony two months ago and should have put a post up myself. I had the privilege of seeing Rory perform at The Hummingbird in Birmingham in the late 80's and Tony joined Rory on stage for the last couple of tunes Bullfrog Blues being one of them. A great end to that show. Tony was a fine blues player indeed although I never myself followed his band The Groundhogs. In fact I found out from a friend of mine in the last few years that Tony lived in my town Telford. He was still performing in pubs in his latter years and me and my friend were talking about going to see him play but unfortunately that never came to pass.

That's awesome Jay Jay that you saw Rory and Tony McPhee play on stage. Must have been a great gig. The fact Tony lived in your town is equally amazing.
I don't know much about the The Groudhogs or Tony McPhee's playing, so I will check their music out. Subrata.x
